Marshalltown Starts Free Thursday Night Rated Blitz Tournaments

  The Marshalltown Chess Club and the Salvation Army of Marshalltown are pleased to announce a 3 round blitz tournament every Thursday night from 6:00 to 7:00 starting September 10th. There is no entry fee or prizes, although a free will donation to the Salvation Army or the Marshalltown Chess Club to cover rating costs will be accepted. All USCF members are welcome, so if you want to get in some quick rated games, please consider this invitation to participate in our weekly blitz tournaments!!
